Sealcoating and crack filling
We clean and edge the lot, fill cracks with Crafco crack filler, then apply Neyra Tarconite sealer, brushed by hand along curbs and borders and sprayed across the open pavement. Sealcoating and crack filling are maintenance: they protect sound pavement but don't fix base failure, drainage problems or badly broken asphalt. When a lot needs repairs first, we'll tell you.
Line striping
We own our own line-marking equipment and stripe parking stalls, handicap spaces, numbers and other markings, either after sealcoating or as a stand-alone restripe.
Scheduling around your property
Tell us your business hours, tenant needs and any association rules when you request a quote, and we'll plan the schedule and the order of work around them.
